The My Account feature allows you to bookmark items that you may wish to view or reference in the future. You can also save searches to 'My Account' or share your search results. The information below provides a step-by-step guide through use of both the Bookmark, Save Search and Share Search functionalities of My Account.

The My Account feature is accessible through the person icon, located in the upper right-hand corner.

When clicking on this icon for the first time, you will be prompted to create an account by completing the free, online registration. Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk and passwords must be at least six characters long and contain at least one upper case letter and one number.

In order to complete the registration, you will need to agree to the Terms of Use. Should you wish to review either this document or the privacy policy before completing your registration, please click on the relevant links provided.

After clicking “Register” you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. This should be done at your earliest convenience as this link will expire 7 days after you submit your registration. You can update any of these details from the Profile page in your account. 

You can bookmark records directly from search results list by clicking the bookmark icon for an item.

While viewing the item detail page, you can bookmark the item, or bookmark specific images within the item. The Bookmark icon is displayed directly below the image viewer. You can either click "Bookmark Document" which will save the whole document to your account, or click "Bookmark Image" which will save only the current image to your account.

Use the My Account "Save Search" feature to preserve your search parameters and easily rerun your query at a later date. The Save Search link is located in the upper right-hand corner of the Current Search Criteria box that displays above search results.

Bookmarked items and images will be listed when you log in to My Account as documents and items.Clicking on a bookmarked record will open the record in a new page. Use the sidebar filters to reduce your list of bookmarks to show either complete assets or individual items that you’ve bookmarked. Within My Account, you can view your bookmarked assets using a gallery-style format or for more information, select a list view.

You can access your saved searches from the "My Saved Searches" tab in the My Account dashboard. You can re-run your saved searches by clicking the red "Search" button on the right of each saved search.
